The Florida 2000 Discotheque also well known as "F2" on Moi Ave ,next to Kenya Cinema plaza, is Nairobi’s most popular disco. It’s very comfortable inside with sofas and many separate bars. The clientele is vastly varied with locals mixing with tourists and ex-pats from all over the world. There are also lots of beautiful ladies and sweet guys out for fun. No matter what you are looking for Florida 2000 is a fun place to spend the night. Entry is KSh 250 for guys, 150 for women. There's a nightly cabaret show by some of the sexiest dancers you can find, and there's also a go-go show that's on twice a night monday to friday. The club opens at 9pm and generally closes at around 6am. There's food available from nyamachoma(barbecue) to continental and chinese cuisine from the all night Choma Cave restaurant also. The music is great with some of the best DJ's in nairobi on the turntables every night, and the absolute best sound quality in Nairobi. Mondays being the best of african and carribean music including zouk, rhumba, salsa and zilizopendwa(kenyan oldies) as well as local hits. Tuesdays are Total Requests Live Night with the DJ's playing anything and everything you request. Wednesdays are Soul nights and there's a 'Meltdown Hour' after midnight where they play the best techno, trance and dance music. F2 weekends begin on Thursday and there's a party mix of music from locals, rock, pop, hip-hop, r&b, lingala and lots more going on everynight from thursday to saturday. For all the Reggae lovers, Sunday is reggae night with the superb Doh'ty Family Intertainment on the turntables to supply the very best in dancehall, roots & calypso. CLUB BETTYZ

The rave scene in Nairobi is changing as days go on. CLUB BETTYZ is
one of the most uptown clubs we’ve had in Nairobi in the recent years.
From the décor, to the music selection, the bar, the ambiance, the service and everything, this is one club, (if you haven’t visited it,
you better) that has raised the standards in the clubbing scene.
The crowd here is surely a mature one with the age limit being 25
years for men and ladies should be 22 Years old. The entrance is well
lit with some glowing red light that makes the floor look like a red
carpet, for that  celebrity reception.
Beer is relatively cheap for a place like this; Guinness and White Cap
goes for 150/=, other beers go for Kshs.140/=, Red Bull and red wine for 170/=
while white wine goes for 150/=. That is one not so pocket denting joint for all the
Walevis out there.
The crowd here dance as if they get paid to shake their bodies, the
girls are a cute lot (beautiful is an understatement) and the guys
keep their cool. Incidences of violence and misconduct are rare here since the security is always on point both in and around the club.

Pavement

A Cafe runs during all opening hours - however the main attraction is their lively nightclub. There's a dancefloor on bottom level. 2 bars inside lounge upstairs one bar outside w/a sportsbar atmosphere.  Entrance on Friday and Saturday nights is 500/= per person. It is a very good club that offers a wide range of music depending on the type of people that are there and also depending on the event taking place on that particular night.

New Florida Nightclub

Kindle Wireless Reading Device, Wi-Fi, 6" Display, Graphite - Latest GenerationAlso fun is the New Florida or “Mad House” on the corner of Koinange and Banda Sts. The club is a sphere on top of a petrol station, and is small but very lively. Clientele and cover charge are the same as Florida 2000.

Havana Restaurante & Bar

i
Nice Latin style cocktail bar with surprisingly good food. Mixed, cosmopolitan crowd. Best Mojitos in town. Laid-back atmosphere.

Simba Saloon

The nicest disco in Nairobi is by far the Simba Saloon at the Carnivore Restaurant on Langata Road. The place is huge, with three separate bars, room outside and a large dance floor. This club would even be impressive if it was in America. The disco is frequented by upper class Kenyans, expats, and tourists. Needless to say, it’s expensive. Cover charge ranges from KSh 280 to up to 1000, depending on the attraction for the night. Wednesday night is Rock Night. Saturday night is Bombay Night and Sunday Night is 'Soul Night' with beats from the 80's.
type:Erotic clubs and bars

Zanze Bar

A club more frequented by local couples and middle class Kenyans is Zanze Bar on Moi Ave in the Kenya Cinema Plaza. Tuesday and Thursday are karioki nights, and the Congolese music Lingala is popular here every night. Entry is free on weekdays up to 9:00 or so, and on weekends the cover may be KSh 100
type:Clubs and dancing

Pango (F3)

This cocktail loung is located on Moi Avenue and attracts a lot of expats, tourists and upper class nairobians. It's small and cosy and there are sexy dancers on all night long. Depending on the night they can be very wild!

Had a great time, even though it is a bit pricey. It's a good place to hook up with the local ladies also.

Modern Green Day & Night Club and Friendship Corner

If you’re more into the cheap local scene, I have two bars for you. The Modern Green Day & Night Club and Friendship Corner, both across from each other on Latema Road are maybe the most entertaining bars in town. Instead of buying beers for KSh 100 like you would at the Floridas or Simba Saloon, they sell for a measly KSh 65. The bars are periodically shut down for health standards, but if they’re open, give them a try! Remember to be careful, they’re in a partly dangerous part of town. You may come across local women looking for men. They may not be interested in you but what you have in your wallet!

Caribana Bar & Grill

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
Caribana is a tastefully ambient whisky & cocktail bar in Hurlingham just outside the city centre. Enjoy the best of grills in the region while listening to lively music ranging from soul, pop, rock dance and african/world music. Mature crowds.

Kengeles nightclub: Kengeles nightclub and cafe-bar

Kengeles nightclub, Nairobi
by georeiser
Kengeles nightclub and cafe-bar is in the downtown. It's situated in the Koniange Street, not far from the Kenya Comfort hotel. I really like this place. The food and drink is good and not too expensive. And it is easy to speak with the local people here.

Club Afrique: African music only club Afrique, in the area of Westlands, is one of my favourite clubs. Here one can hear and feel the real sound of African music. The program starts with the live music, performed by the bands from all of Africa. At the time I was there, it was the band from Zaire, excellent musicians and very hot dancers.
In the second part of the program DJ was playing local Kenyan music, a mix of Luo, Luhuya, Kikuyu and Kamba traditional music. Do not miss it, African music is just great.
